Come try YOGA fitness on a SUP!

We are now offering SUP yoga and fitness classes on some of the
most pristine waters CT has to offer. Get out on the water for a
total mind, body workout, with a good dose of fun added in. SUP
yoga is for anyone at any skill or fitness level. Our experienced,
certified instructors will bring you along at your own pace for an
experience on the water you will never forget. It’s fun, easy, and
a great way to either start or end your day. We supply everything
that you will need to get out and see what everyone is talking
about. Wether you’re a regular member or want to try it out for the
first time, on your own or with some friends, we’ll make sure you’re
going to want to come back again, and again.


THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS at 9 am with Alyssa
FRIDAYS at 5:30 pm with Jen


$45.00 per person (includes all equipment)
$25.00 per person if you bring your own SUP

Discounts are available for multiple class purchases.
Private sessions are also available (minimum of 3 people). Call to schedule. All classes are 2 hours on the water with light SUP introduction and lesson including full yoga.

Certified trainers and everything you need

We supply all the equipment and instruction that will get you out
and up for a fun way to get fit and feel great. On water sessions
are one hour, and we recommend arriving early to set up, and
prepare for your session. We offer a variety of times and days
so give us a call to see what works for you and your friends.

Private sessions available for 1-4 people upon request:

  • Private session: 1 person: $120
  • Each additional person: $80 per person, up to 4 people

Jennifer Plis

I’m a health and fitness nut gone yogi. I used to be a hard core gym rat and gave up the dumbbells for my yoga mat. The practice has transformed my life and has given me fantastic results. Its one thing to read about the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga but it’s another thing to live it, breathe it and BE it. Thanks to yoga I’m super fit, happy as a clam, love myself and live at peace. What a fabulous place to be and you, yes you, can be there too.

I challenge you to come try one of my Live FREE vinyasa flow classes. Yes, it will be challenging, but without challenge you’ll never change. Plus I teach to All levels. Come join me on a sup board and start your journey with me. It won’t be fun unless you make a splash. I look forward to seeing you in my class.

Alyssa Rich

Yoga has transformed my life and I want to share it with others. In 2014, I traveled to the beautiful jungle of Costa Rica to complete my 200 hour yoga teacher training alongside Jennifer Yaro and Jenilee Toner through Frog Lotus Yoga. I developed a strong understanding of proper alignment, safe sequencing, asana, anatomy, and philosophy. I also developed a new understanding of my divine self, which has bloomed into a passion of soul searching through yoga and meditation.

As a yoga teacher, my purpose is to help cultivate mind-body awareness on and off the mat. Through intention, meditation, pranayama (breath), and asana (poses) my goal is for students to leave class feeling refreshed and renewed. My classes are designed to be challenging physically and mentally, delivered in English and Sanskrit. Creating a joyful, flowing sequence that can easily be adapted to any skill level. I look forward to bringing my yoga principles to the water incorporating my SUP training into a fun and exhilarating experience for all.

Alvaro (Al) Zuniga

I am a genuine yoga practitioner and a devoted Yoga instructor. Having worked for the last 6 years out on the West Haven beach as lead lifeguard and swim instructor, I am passionate about the water, and I’ve applied my SUP training and certification into my yoga practice. I believe that my classes should be accessible and fun for all levels and would love to share my enthusiasm for SUP yoga to all.
It’s an amazing workout and a great way to start or end your day!

Yoga has been part of my life since a very young age, and I’ve recently decided to share my practice with others. I received my RYT-200 certification from Power Yoga Works in Malvern, PA, where I was taught in Hatha, Power Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga.

Natalie Adele

Natalie is a Hartford-based yoga instructor who received her 200 hour YTT in Bali, Indonesia in 2014. One of her favorite aspects of both practicing and teaching yoga is the sense of connection it provides. Connection to self, connection to each other, and connection to the beautiful world around us. Natalie explains ”there’s a dichotomy in yoga. One part of it makes us realize how small we are in this world…how much space there is both around us and within us. The other aspect of yoga teaches us about our incredible force, strength, and vitality. The simple power of our breath is incredible. The power of a yoga community is magical” One of Natalie’s favorite parts about SUP yoga is the playfulness, added challenge, and serenity that the water provides, all under Mother Nature’s yoga studio. Come check out one of her  Vinyasa SUP classes and join the connection this summer!
