What do you mean by White Glove Delivery?
A white glove service refers to one of many services for shipments that require special attention during shipping. These shipments are usually very heavy or very fragile and need to be handled with utmost care to prevent damage. We utilize these types of carriers as they offer several options on moving cargo such as: commercial or cargo aircraft, ground, ocean, dedicated vehicles & rail. Due to the diverse range of options for moving cargo through these carriers, our cargo typically moves with far less "touches" than a traditional LTL (less than truckload) model. Contrarily, most other kayak retailers utilize traditional LTL shipping which is a way for to ship cargo without waiting for a full truckload of freight that needs to be sent or paying for a small amount of freight on a big, empty truck. Although this approach is typically cheaper, there are often more "touches" resulting in a higher damage ratio.

Shipping Liability
You are responsible for checking your kayak/canoe/sup for damage prior to accepting delivery! If your kayak/canoe/sup is damaged beyond repair, you must deny the shipment and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. Do not sign or accept the shipment if there is clear, catastrophic damage as if the boat is signed for, you waive your ability to be refunded or receive a replacement. If there is any minor damage to your kayak, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your kayak/canoe/sup. If you do not notify us of damage within 48 hours of accepting the delivery, you waive all ability to receive a refund/replacement.
Cancellations/Returns
If you wish to return your kayak/canoe/sup for any reason except shipping damage, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you wish to have your order cancelled/refunded after your kayak/canoe/sup has been picked up from our facility, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and a shipping fee outside your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
