SHIPPING COSTS

We offer three options for receiving your kayak or SUP that you will see at checkout. They are as follows:

• Pick Up - FREE: While not available to everyone, if you are near enough to our store we highly recommend this option. This means that you will be responsible for picking up your kayak or SUP but subsquently means the risk of damage is non-existent.

• Standard/Ship to Terminal - $/kayak or SUP: This option means that your kayak or SUP will be shipped to the nearest freight terminal to your home. While this does require you to pickup your kayak or SUP locally, we suggest this option as your kayak or SUP will only be on one truck thus decreasing damage/loss risk.

• Express/Ship to Home - $/kayak or SUP: This option means that your kayak or SUP will be shipped directly to your home. While this is more convenient, we highly suggest avoiding this option as your kayak or SUP will be shifted between multiple trucks thus increasing damage/loss risk.

Regardless of which option you choose, we will reach out to you in 1-3 days after your purchase to confirm your choice and to provide you with any additional information. If you change your mind after purchase, we can modify your choice. The listed rates are for kayaks or SUPs ONLY. Additional shipping charges may be added depending on cart contents.

SHIPPING LIABILITY

You are responsible for checking your kayak or SUP for damage prior to accepting delivery! IF YOUR KAYAK OR SUP IS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR, YOU MUST DENY THE SHIPMENT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY- DO NOT SIGN OR ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT IF THERE IS CLEAR, CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE! IF THE BOAT IS SIGNED FOR, YOU WAIVE YOUR ABILITY TO BE REFUNDED OR RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT! Minor scratches/dents can be addressed on a per case basis as the boats are durable and meant to take some abuse, and most minor wear can be easily fixed.
