Let’s face it, every striper fisherman loves a big topwater blowup. The Flipping Mullet is the spook style plug that will get you your fill of topwater explosions! Designed at 5.75″ long and approximately 1.25 oz, the Flipping Mullet casts like a bullet and retrieves like a dream.

Rapid twitches creates a walk-the-dog style retrieve that Stripers and Bluefish go crazy for! The Flipping Mullet’s cone-shaped nose, and long slender tapered tail makes for a very easy-to-work lure. Bigger, heavier spooks (like our own “Mully”) require a little more timing to work perfectly. But the Flipping Mullet practically works itself.

Exact weight of individual plugs will vary slightly because of wood grain density, sealer absorption, layers of paint, thickness of clear coat, and even variation in the internal lead weights. Weights listed in product titles and description are best approximation, rounded up to the nearest quarter ounce.
