SHIPPING COSTS
We offer 2 options for receiving your kayak or SUP that you will see at checkout. The rates are as follows:
Pick Up - FREE: While not available to everyone, if you are near enough to our store we highly recommend this option. This means that you will be responsible for picking up your kayak or SUP but subsquently means the risk of damage is non-existent.
Standard - $/kayak or SUP: This option means that your kayak or SUP will be hand delivered by our shipping provider directly to your home in approximately 7-10 business days from your date of purchase.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY APPOINTMENT AND MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE DELIVERY!
The listed rates are for kayaks or SUPs ONLY. Additional shipping charges may be added depending on cart contents.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
You are responsible for checking your kayak or SUP for damage prior to accepting delivery! IF YOUR KAYAK OR SUP IS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR, YOU MUST DENY THE SHIPMENT AND CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR DELIVERY - DO NOT SIGN OR ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT IF THERE IS CLEAR, CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE! IF THE BOAT IS SIGNED FOR, YOU WAIVE YOUR ABILITY TO BE REFUNDED OR RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT! If there is any minor damage to your kayak, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your kayak. If you do not notify us of damage within 48 hours of accepting the delivery, you waive ALL ability to receive a refund/replacement.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you wish to RETURN your kayak for any reason EXCEPT SHIPPING DAMAGE, you will be charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. If you wish to have your order CANCELLED/REFUNDED AFTER YOUR KAYAK HAS BEEN PICKED UP FROM OUR FACILITY, you will be subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND A SHIPPING FEE OUTSIDE YOUR REFUND TO COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.

At this time, we do not ship kayaks to your location wth our flat rate shipping. However, please call us at (860) 434-9680 ext 1 and we can work with you to ship your kayak. If you are able to pick up your kayak, push the 'Add to Cart Anyway' button below and select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.
